Support for international teachers coming to or wanting to come to Chile


If you are intererested in teaching in Chile, we can answer your questions and also those questions you did not know you would have. This applies to English-teaching, institute teaching, and  PK - 12 national and international school teaching. The consultant and session presenter was an international school teacher and then director for 25+ years in 8 countries, whilehere in Chile, he worked for five years in a leading university in the areas of school improvement in general, and bilingual and international programmes in particuar, during which he visited over 300 schools nationwide.

Support provided is typically individualised and bespoke, and in general covers some or all of the following :

  • Chilean schools, school-types and the national education system
  • teaching & learning, evaluation, the national programme and international programmes offered in Chile
  • Chilean English teaching and learning, institutes and the national English market
  • job-search, the application process, visas, official recognition as a PK - 12 teacher in Chile

  • A C1 or higher level of English is assumed.

  • These are one-hour synchronous online video conferencing sessions

  • Open session group sizes are limited to allow for participation and questions.
